This being Easter week, the scripture verses for the week will focus on the glorious event of Christ's ultimate triumph, the most important event in human history!
The Scripture verse for today is from the book of Matthew, this is where the Resurrection of Christ was foretold by Jesus himself.
Matthew 20: 18-19
"(18) We are going to Jerusaelm, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death (19) and will turn him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third day he will be raised to life! "

I have always realized that the resurrection of christ and also the birth are the most important but the resurrection is the most important bc he died and rose again and he died for our sins so he oviously rose for our sins
