Proverbs 22: 24-25
"Do not make friends with a hot-tempered man, do not associate with one easily angered, (25) Or you may learn his ways and get yourself ensnared."

Can you recall a time when you were really angry and acting out - usually referred to as throwing a temper tantrum or a fit - when other people began to avoid you and stay away? Do you like to be around people when they're that way, or, do you know anyone who is that way all the time? Those kind of people are usually referred to as a hot-head or something like that. Do you see how it's' not pleasant to be around people like that? That's what God is telling us through this scripture.

ReplyDeleteI don't think I have been in that situation but I know ppl who have to let there anger out kinda like that... They can't help it and I like the topIc bc I can relate to it bc I have a lot of anger I just don't show it

ReplyDeleteYes and I know people who do that and i dont like to be around them when they are angry like that. They take there anger out on other peole.
